Control the tempo
Thibault & Nicole
This all-levels intensive focuses on developing control, adaptability, and musical clarity across different tempos. You’ll learn how to adjust your movement, weight transfers, and connection so your dancing stays grounded, fluid, and intentional on both slow and fast music.
Practical tools that translate immediately to social dancing and competition.
From me to we
Jakub & Emeline
Beyond independence.
Interdependence is the ability to remain individually capable and responsible, while choosing to rely on and support one another in ways that create greater possibilities than either could achieve alone.
Many dancers either protect their own balance or surrender it entirely. This intensive explores the space in between: developing the trust and awareness needed to create an interdependent partnership where both dancers remain active contributors to every movement.
Partner Dance meets Contemporary flow
Rudi & Laila
Rudi, West Coast Swing dancer and instructor, and Laila, trained in ballet, modern, and jazz, have created a unique style that blends partner dance, contemporary movement, and spectacular lifts.
In this workshop, they will guide you step by step through impressive lift techniques with real show character — clearly explained, accessible, and fun to learn. Whether you want to add highlights to your dance or explore new movement possibilities, this workshop will inspire you to move together in a whole new way.
Body movement with «Tone Me Up»
Holger Nitsche
