RELAXATION

To come down and relax we have two specials for you this year:

Yoga

From Friday to Sunday you can recharge your batteries with a session of yoga with Audrey. She is a Hatha Yoga Instructor and has taught in Chile, Costa Rica and many other countries.
Yoga session 45 minutes
Friday and Sunday: 17.15 in room 4
Saturday 14.45 in room 12
Please bring a small towel and enough to drink.

Massage

With Tobi you can really relax and give your body new energy. he specializes in sports physical therapy and has been practicing for over 6 years.The trained physiotherapist releases tension and helps you to move more smoothly and easily.
